12 04 2000: 

I just fixed in my cousin's speakers! MWAHAHAHAH!! For so many months I've been suffering in the agony of silent movies with PVs, and NO MIDIS to hear!! The horror!! Oh the paiiiiiin!!! The agony!!

BUT NOW!! MWAHHAHAHAH!!! I'M SAVED!! YES!! I'm SAVED!!

well, my rant on misc laruku audio/video stuff actually^^-->

1) mado.

I don't actually own the video itself.. and honestly, I'm waiting to get Siesta, but I'm _so_ broke.^^;; *teary eyes* It's been six months since I last sent my installment of money to CDJapan, and now my dad lost his job. And what's even funnier is that i can only think of Laruku when I'm not even sure if the next meal will arrive, or if we're gunna be sued till we've lost our sarongs(lost everything). (talk about yue4 xian4 yue4 shen1...)

But anyway... Mado is a _really_ beautiful video. The one which I've watched is 2.5 inch x 2 inch wide (imagine how pathetic), and I had to _scrutinize_ the screen. But... KIREIIIII!!!!

I love the sequence of events. ... It seems like the sky is always changing outside. Isn't it what it's about the sky? I'm not sure. 

...But it's so pretty...^^ 

window, with an arm reaching out for the sky. It seems like the arm is chained, and if you notice, the arm has the chain marks... All red and angry.(YOU HENTAI!*thwap*) 

This video reminds me of White Feathers. "Chained to this earth"... .

He has a bird with him, and when it tries to fly out, he hurriedly closes the window. Then he examines the bird's wings, and he starts 'constructing' his own 'wings', then he sleeps. Inside, he dreams (presumeably) and it's really nice how he decides to let go of the oar, and let it drift away. It's like, that kind of feeling, it has the sense of "let this be eternity" thing...

Except that it isn't real, which makes it even better.

Then he's chasing after something... 

And then he wakes up, to have a drink (I think it's milk...^^ All white!), only to find that the bird is nowhere in the cage. Someone've opened the window, which isn't Hyde; it seems to be the lady who was sleeping beside hyde on the boat. (that makes it more surreal, huhuhu!) and then, hyde turns, just in time to see it fly out. So hyde flies out, after it, but in truth, he only fell.

The end shows the chain and the lovely music. *SNIFFFF* I almost cried when I saw that!! It's _too_ beautiful. It's like, you can create a world for yourself in that, but no matter how you draw it, describe it, it can never be as beautiful as in this video. *sigh* 

And this video ties in with White Feathers alot, I think... . 

the heavy chain ties/chain seem to represent something; possibly the 'chained to this earth'. part. And falling because wings can't be spread.. .^^ I really like the notion now, the notion of the sky. *smile*

2) dark in my life

Not the video actually, just the sound file. *SNIFF* I HAVENT EVEN HEARD IT!! *teary eyes* It's my first time hearing it... And really it doesn't sound like our usual LAruku song^^ Very nice, and heavier with instruments + vocal distortion than usual. (or is it the RA encoding?) Somehow I think Hyde wrote it. *laughs*

It really reminds me of these metal songs.. .^^ yokatta darou. But tetchan's singing... hahahahhaha, kawaiiiiii. really not suitable for heavy singing.^^;; It seems like *giggles* He's a hyperventilating chicken.*ducks*

3) Melodies (by Die in Cries, where yukki used to belong to.)

This song is _really_ nice, and pretty good^^ I think I'm becoming a DIC fan now... (WAIT! I've only heard 1 song!! Lol)

It seems that Yukki's style has evolved _alot_ since DIC and Zi:Kill to Laruku. Last time, it used to be more prominant, and the concept of 'like the wind slipping by so fast' isn't there. I wonder what caused the change, or is it just evolution?

Anyhow its' catchy. ^^ *headbangs to it*

4) The wakey wakey stuff from larcom!!

I downloaded the sounds because I didn't have speakers when I went to larcom. .... KYAAAAAA!! KAWAIIIIII!! I think I died laughing... Thank god I'm alone or my parents will go "OH god no she's crazy! Lock her out! Take her to see a psychiatrist!" because I'm yelling "Kawaiiiii!!" and "WAAAAAHHH!!!" 
Just _too_ cute^^ ... ..The funny noise... haido's is the most normal tho^^ "yamete" and the laughing sound. and etc.
tetsu's voice is really nice tho^^ *melts*

5) I'm in pain

the demo!^^
Too soft (in volume), but it sounds wonderful. To think that last year I said "It sounds too scary!" and just put it aside after hearing 5 seconds. It had been stupid. And what's even funnier is that I was intrigued by Manson before that. talk about paradox.

But really this is even more tragedy-induced than Dune... which is... WONDERFUL!! I love the tragedy indies period. *laughs* 

It actually kinda reminds me of a dream I once had about this girl whom I loved... Or it was a guy in a skirt. A kid actually. Wearing a simple dress. Couldn't have been more than five or six years old.. .^^; But I loved her/him so much. And coincidentally, after having that dream, I took out a picture of Hyde when he was in elementary school, and I looked... He looks like her. *sweatdrops* The degree of darkness of the dream and this song is the same.
and strangely enough, I never dream of having tetchan as my koi (I love my hubby!) but I dream of haido. hen na no.

6) Love You Only

TETCHAN!! his voice is pretty^^.. very suitable for pop.

7) Yokan

This song is less dark than I'm in pain. ^^
and I love the guitar... *melts* too catchy.
It reminds me of Enticher or Heavenly period somehow. But Hyde's voice is prettier in here. And Tetchan... his backing vocals.. *meeeeelt*

I wish I'm at their indies live *teary eyes* (but I was like... 7 years old back in 92?)

8) Zombies

Do you love SM? Listen to this and you'll feel sexually intrigued! Hyde _yells_ inside.^^ If he isn't the vocal of L'arc~en~Ciel, DEG would have recruited him over Kyo! :P Or maybe he'd be in America when those hardcore metal bands decide that they want prettier bois, and he'll be having kiss-lookalike face! With that wondrous axe-shaped guitar! (was it guitar? I forget.) and he'll be in an american comic as well!! sugoi ne!

9) Hyde dancing with the MC in Christmas suit.

GOD! So suitable for Christmassy feel!! *giggles*^__^; The _music_ is so... LOL So ROMANTIC!!! WAHH!!^____^; 'iidesune'!!

10) Dune PV

Rei was right, the fun things they do back in those olden times... *laughs* Laruku members writhing in flour, the cheesy effects (hey, they were indies and about as poor as I am.) and the kawaii kawaii kawaiiii tetchan and ken praaaancing about!!
But on the whole, I love the tragedy and... the expression which Hyde makes. ^^ tetchan kirei... hyde is really pretty. But Tetsu.... *sigh* 
 
11) Flood of Tears

EVEN BETTER!! ^__^ Instead of writhing in flour, we have writhing in rain! Mwahahahah!! Hyde sits there in the rain. Pretty...
But what I really like is Tetchan's part. Where he's eating while the people pass by via fast forward. *smiles* why is he eating?! That's such a funny thing to do... *laughs* But so cute.
And I _really_ love this song. ^^ The lyrics is beautiful...

And Tetchan is too pretty in this... what's kinda wierd is during "nanimo mienai" time, there's all of them playing with the poles and the cheesy computer effects. ^^ 
I'm intrigued into thinking about writing a lemon of tetsu and hyde x the poles.

12!) Shinsyoku!!!!!!

This is _too_ wonderful. ^____________^ I love the feeling of destruction inside this. 
haido widdle akuma. tetchan is really beautiful though... *laughs*^^; I think I pay too much attention to hyde and tetchan because a) my favorite is tetchan so I'm biased, b) hyde is the vocalist and most shots are of him.

And inside Chronicles, tetchan is sleeping! So cute. All squashed up in a corner.^^ They had so much fun, wish I was there.. *sniiiff*

13) trick (GCT live)

I was wondering who was on the drums, since yukki, ken and haido are on guitar and tetchan is on bass. *sweat*
The atmosphere is great. Hyde really makes a great vocalist- he can heat up the crowd (not _that_, hentai!). I can't see too much of Tetchan, so I end up looking at Yukki and Ken instead. Yukki is really cool. Kenchan...^__^; His _head_ is so _big_!!! He really reminds me of a cat. Maybe he's veggie's family!! *giggles*

Okay... Since this is the number, I'm done. ^___^;
If only Nemuri ni Yosete doesn't crash my compie. 
Recently I have Dune and Tierra on my player most. Somehow, even though I say I'm not really a visual rock fan, these are the ones that I listen to most *sweatdrops*^___^ But it's just so good.
And pre-dune, Hyde with his long straight black hair... is really pretty, ^^ I think watching Dune/Floods of Tears somehow inspire me...mwahahhaa.

okay, the fangirl rant is long enough.^^; Anyhow I'll go listen to A Silent Letter now. 
Although, I love Laruku as a whole, not their past era or their present era....^^ It's just that... I've seen Driver's High and etc till they're almost mouldy. *laugh* But I can't get enough of Shinsyoku, Pieces, and Forbidden Lover! (why are most of them dark songs?*sweatdrop*)

As a side note, Daruku-in-my-life is a really good name^__^.... It's so cute.
And hey,the sky is purple outside!! Kirei naaaa~ *sighs*

I wish I have Yasouka.... -_-;
